Take the Triborough Bridge, and follow the signs for the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Take the BQE, continue over the Koskiuzko bridge. Exit at Tillary street and go two lights to Flatbush Avenue. Make a left onto Flatbush and continue to 5th Avenue (two blocks after Atlantic Avenue). Make a right on 5th Avenue, a fast left onto Dean Street and proceed three blocks to Vanderbilt Avenue. Make a right onto Vanderbilt, go one block and make a right onto Bergen Street. We are on the left side.
From Long Island (commercial vehicles)
Take the Long Island Expressway, and follow the signs for the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Follow the directions from the BQE above.
From Northern NJ (non-commercial vehicles)
Take the George Washington Bridge and follow the sign for the Harlem River Drive South. Take the Harlem River Drive south and continue onto the FDR Drive to the Brooklyn Bridge exit. Follow the Brooklyn Bridge directions below.
From Southern NJ (commercial vehicles)
Take whatever route necessary to get to the Verazzano Bridge. Take the bridge and follow the signs for 278 East (BQE). Take 278 East and exit at 38th Street. At the bottom of the ramp (the light) make a left turn onto 4th Avenue. Continue down 4th Avenue to Atlantic Avenue. At Atlantic, make a right turn and continue past Flatbush Avenue to Vanderbilt Avenue. At Vanderbilt, make a right turn and proceed three blocks to Bergen Street. Make a right turn onto Bergen St. We are on the left.
From Manhattan via the Manhattan Bridge (commercial vehicles)
Take the Manhattan Bridge which puts you onto Flatbush Avenue. Continue on Flatbush to 5th Avenue – just two blocks after Atlantic Avenue and right near the Barclay Center. Make a right on 5th Avenue and then a fast left onto Dean Street. Proceed three blocks and make a right onto Vanderbilt Avenue. Go one block and make a right onto Bergen Street. Take the Brooklyn Bridge which puts you on Adams Street (Adams becomes Boerum Place further down). Go straight on Adams/Boerum to Atlantic Avenue and make a left. Continue to Vanderbilt Avenue and make a right. Go three blocks to Bergen Street and make a right onto Bergen. We are on the left.
By Subway from Manhattan
Take the #2 or #3 train south (to Brooklyn). Get off at the Bergen Street station. When you get up to the street level, cross Flatbush Avenue on Bergen Street and continue down to 614 Bergen. We are on the right side.

Locate the nearest entry point to I-495 E (Long Island Expressway, LIE). You may need to navigate through city streets, observing commercial vehicle road restrictions to reach the LIE. Merge onto I-495 E and continue eastwards towards Long Island. Follow I-495 E to NY-135 N (Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway) in Syosset. Take exit 44N from I-495 E. Merge onto NY-135 N. Take the exit toward Plainview (likely exit 10 for Old Country Rd), then follow signs and road directions to reach Newtown Rd. Drive to 268 Newtown Rd, Plainview, NY 11803.
