
Minimum Order - $25 net - FOB Brooklyn, NY USAOrdering - We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00-5PM EST. On request, orders placed before 3PM EST will be shipped the same day. We backorder out of stock items only when requested. You may place your order by phone, fax or e-mail. We can supply you with fax order forms on request.
Freight Allowance - Most orders are shipped via UPS. Shipments to locations within the New York Metropolitan area (Zone 2) over $200 qualify for free freight. Destinations outside of the NY Metro area east of the Mississippi River over $350 and west of the Mississippi over $500 also qualify for free freight. UPS Blue/Red and Fedex delivery is also available. International shipments may be shipped via UPS or FEDEX with charges added to the invoice.
Payment Terms - Our normal payment terms are 2% 10 days, Net 30 to established open accounts. A 1-1/2% service charge is added to balances overdue by 30 days. To establish an open account, please complete and return a credit application. Credit approval normally takes 3-4 weeks. To satisfy your immediate needs, we will be pleased to ship your order on a COD basis. Our normal freight allowances apply, with the COD charges added to the order. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
Special Orders - We solicit your special orders, which require a 25% deposit except for customers with up-to-date open account status. Delivery of special orders is based on normal factory lead time, which varies depending on the manufacturer. We endeavor to provide the best delivery times possible. No cancellations or returns can be accepted on special orders. If there is a defect or error by a factory, we will accept a return for credit or replacement at the manufacturer's option. Special orders may not include prepaid freight.
Returned Goods - Merchandise may be accepted for return if it is accompanied by timely documentation, is in it's original packaging and condition, and has not been used. You must include either the invoice number or the date of purchase with your return. Electrical and electronic items are returnable subject to inspection and approval. The manufacturer's warranty time limits apply to products returned as defective and will be accepted for return, subject to inspection by the manufacturer or its representative. Special orders, obsolete or discontinued items are not returnable.
To arrange a return, you will need to request an RGA number from our Customer Service Department. All returns must have an RGA number on the outside of the carton to be accepted by our receiving department. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Claims - All claims for shortage or hidden damage must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. While in transit, merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. If there is a loss or damage to your order, we will assist you in making a claim against the carrier.
